So, then this morning I saw, “FOX Crew Attacked in Notomas.” I assumed this was some border town in eastern Libya, and I quickly clicked the link to see the drama first hand. I was, of course, surprised to see Notomas was in California.

Method:
1. Make a mixture with tomato puree, yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt.
2. Take the chicken and marinade it in the same mixture. Let it rest for 3-4 hours.
3. Put oil in a pan, heat it and fry onions till they turn golden brown.
4. Now, to this add the marinated chicken and cook the entire mixture for 10 mins.
5. Next in a pressure cooker, take the rice and add 3 1/2 cups of water to it. Also, take the saffron, mix with the milk and add to the rice.
6. Finally, add the cardamom powder and the chicken pieces, along with the marinade.
7. Mix all the ingredients gently, cover with the cooker lid and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.

The worst manufacturer’s website I’ve seen? Mitsubishi! Who the heck sold them this thing? I’m looking through a keyhole at the information. The nav buttons are scattered everywhere. The sliding screen makes me dizzy. Additional nav pops up and covers half of my keyhole site picture. All I want to see is a good picture of the rear seat legroom. Absolutely maddening!

I wonder if cities require a permit to draw on the sidewalks. And if so, what kind of permit is it? Seems like this would be a fantastic advertising idea in the right setting. A while back, the BendFilm Festival used a similar idea by stenciling their logo all over the sidewalks of downtown Bend. I don’t know how well that went over with the city, or whether they asked for permission, but I do remember several of the logos persisting on the sidewalks for quite some time. Effective idea.
