This has been bugging me for the longest time. I mistyped a URL into my Chrome browser and then it became the first suggestion everytime I typed “www”. That honor used to be held by google.com, which was really handy as that’s one of the sites I visit most often.
So, after a month or so suffering with this, I finally took the time to search out the solution. When the list of suggested sites pops up, just highlight the one you don’t want and hit SHIFT+DEL
Like magic it’s gone!
